We are Project, Programme, and Portfolio Managers. We manage the lifecycle of projects of varied complexities, across all stages and throughout many sectors. At 3PM we are focused on collaboration with the whole project team. We seek to challenge, innovate and develop our management approach to maximise the team’s efficiency throughout the project to the benefit of our Clients.
